FK6 Double Wound Sealing Rings

To seal bearings in continuous casting lines.

Specs:

ASD = Outside Clamping Double Rings

1 set = 2 Individual Rings

No speed limit for housing or ring carrier.

Material:

Spring band steel C75 or similar grades, spring resistant up to 300°C / 572°F.

Application:

Serves as a grease seal for plain and roller bearings, also used as a protective seal in front of hermetically sealed radial shaft seals. Higher sealing standards in respect of exuding grease and also provide protection against dust, dirt and splash water. Outstanding for their high tension force and have no axial joint gap when compared with FK3 Laminar rings.
