IGD (Piston Seals)

Single acting piston seal, suitable for medium duty applications; offering reduced frictional values.

This seal consists of two elements:

a) High specification NBR 80 Shore A and NBR impregnated cotton.
b) Acetal anti-extrusion wear ring

Operating Conditions:

Maximum Speed: 1.5 ft/sec

Temperature: -30°C to 100°C (-22°F to 212°F)

Maximum Pressure: 3000 psi (200 bar)
