Sealing lip and O.D. - Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber with a hardness of 66 shore
Sealing lip coating on the back contact surface - PTFE
Operating Conditions
Media - mineral oils, synthetic oils
Temperature - -40 C to +100 C
Surface Speed - up to 8 m/s
Application
For sealing pressurized media without additional backup ring. Pressure sealing in hydraulic motors, axial piston pumps, and gear pumps. With the PTFE coating reduces friction and increase performance. PTFE coatings makes for a very good emergency running properties with lack of lubrication.
